o2 creative solutions is an experience design firm. We fuse multi-disciplinary design and communications to create integrated brand experiences. We dream up unique events and environments that ignite the senses and encourage participation. By blending storytelling and an understanding of human interactivity, we are able to offer our clients new ways to reach consumers and build brand appeal. We craft emotional and sensorial designs that evoke feeling and imprint understanding through experience.

We define experience design as the creation of immersive communications through a variety of shared disciplines that appeal to the senses. The goal is to make a personal connection with audiences and participants so as to connect with consumers on an emotional level.

The core strength of o2 is the unique combination of three disciplines: design, communications and technology. Our team is comprised of creative thinkers who have diverse backgrounds with overlapping interest in these key areas.

o2 excels at developing and managing integrated experiences and non-traditional campaigns. We create programs that engage from a come play approach and then disseminate information and stories through sensorial-based feedback.

The key focus at o2 is human interaction and response. We are equipped with in-house capabilities to handle technology-defying programs. We develop immersive and interactive environments designed for free-form play and enormous media-scapes that we call animated architecture. In addition o2 creates custom software solutions that are specific to each projects so as to ensure problem-free playback.

o2 infuses the same experience into our theatrical productions. We produce live events that integrate sensorial and experiential design-based principles.
R.E.D. or Responsible Experience Design represents o2s commitment to design solutions and business practices that are both environmentally sustainable and socially responsible. Social and ecological responsibility is inseparable from o2s holistic approach to design. Our practice includes making choices that have minimal environmental impact whenever possible. We specify recycled, recyclable and low impact products and processes, from set design materials such as flooring made of recycled plastic bottles to collateral printed on post-consumer waste paper with soy ink. o2 is constantly researching the latest innovations to achieve further sustainability. Beyond green design, we offset our productions in order to balance our carbon imprint during a projects life cycle. This multi-tiered approach not only informs client projects, but is also observed as best practice in our studios.

o2 works with green-centric clients around the world. We design and produce vehicle launches for Toyota and Lexus, many of which feature hybrid and other alternative fuel vehicles. o2 works with Global Green USA, a non-profit organization founded to create a new approach to solving the world's most pressing environmental challenges. o2 designed the visitor center for Global Greens NOLA Holy Cross Project, which features green materials and methods used to rebuild the devastated Lower Ninth Ward in New Orleans. o2 designed the provocative visual communication for Global Green USAs 2008 campaign, Whats Your Carbon Footprint?, which was introduced at the 2008 Global Green Pre-Oscar Event. o2 also created the iconic Shedding Light installation for the 2008 Pre-Oscars Event, which went on to be featured on the cover of Kelly Laplantes book, Ecologique: The Style of Sustainable Design, and is now producing a limited run of this design object.

Other green clients include the Ambrose Collection, a sustainable hotel management company whose focus is environmentally conscious operations and green hotels; and A Shirt Bag, a non-profit committed to reducing the worldwide use of plastic & paper bags. In each case, o2 and their clients work together to create design solutions that enhance and embody the responsibility intrinsic to the clients message.

Our outreach goes well beyond the design community. o2 has been heavily involved in raising awareness and research funds for juvenile diabetes through the Team o2 cycling team and our Riders 4 Research program and related charity ride, Exhale.
